We are training all team members in accordance with the latest government guidelines for safe working.

Giving them everything they need to work safely, including training on social distancing and hand hygiene
Providing PPE where needed

Carrying out an up to date risk assessment for all operations including deliveries to protect both our team and suppliers

How can you help?

  • Respecting our team and any requests they have, to keep everyone safe.
  • Follow government social distancing measures so everyone feels safe whilst shopping with us
  • Please maintain your own personal hand hygiene and use the sanitisers and facilities made available to protect everyone.
  • Please queue socially distant outside, before a member of staff welcomes you in.
  • If you are showing any symptoms we respectfully request you stay at home. We will be more than happy to prepare your shopping for someone to collect for you, or we can deliver to your door.
  • Whilst we are in a national lockdown we ask if only one person from your household can enter the shop where possible.
  • Please ensure you wear a face covering and that you sanitise before entering the shop
  • We ask that you limit the number of products you touch if not intending to buy. Our staff will be there to assist you with any questions you might have.

What we are doing to help

  • We are only allowing 2 people to enter the shop at any one time, to allow for social distancing. We want to create a calm and safe space for you to shop.
  • We ask for you to queue socially distant outside the shop, wait until a member staff welcomes you in.
  • We are carrying out regular sanitising of any touch points.
  •  Our Toilets are closed 
  • Asking customers to use contactless payment methods where possible (we will not be accepting cash at the moment)
  • We encouraging our customers to order a collection or delivery from us. 
  • Our team members will maintain social distancing where possible
