“From Mat to Bowl, Come and Feed your Soul”

Award winning yoga teacher ‘Natalie Smit-Ash’ will guide you in a chill out yogaflow class followed by a zen meditation session. Designed to unwind, relax & revive you from inside and out. You will receive a drink on arrival and enjoy a supper created by our chefs in the tranquility of nature & an authentic Mongolian yurt.

On arrival, you will be greeted with specially made smoothies using the finet organic fruit & vegetables harvested on the day by our market garden. Once everyone has enjoyed their smoothie we will move into some yoga flow follwed by a zen meditation class.

Whilst you are taking thew classes our chefs will be busy preparing your food. You will then kick back, relax in an authentic mongolian yurt where your food will be served by our lovely team.

Before leaving you will enjoy some specialist teas put together to help benefit body and spirit.
