Feminine energy flows softer, cooler. Once a month we gather together to surrender, receive and grow. Using mindful movement, breath and connection to guide us through a Luna inspired flow, we calm the central nervous system, preparing for rest and rejuvenation.
The session closes with tea and the opportunity to connect with others; nurturing our intentions for the new beginnings and opportunities of the weeks ahead.

Please note: The retreat ticket is non-refundable, although if you are unable to make the retreat your ticket can be carried forward. You will have 6 months from the date of purchase to use the retreat ticket. 

Any alterations with the ticket must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the retreat date. Failure to do so will result in the full charge of the ticket price.
