Looking for family friendly event in July? Head to the Open Farm Fun Day at Sturts Farm on Saturday 6 July from 12-3pm.
We’ll be hosting a variety of family friendly things to do, games and crafts, live music, meeting animals, a scavenger hunt and tractor rides.
Head to Sturts Farm, where you’ll find our farmers and lovely team serving freshly cooked farm food, alongside live music. Children will also meet animals and enjoy exploring in our mud kitchen and play area.
Gather & Feast

Gather and Feast is a supper club set in the heart of the woodlands on Sturts farm. We’ll be serving up drinks and a fabulous, three-course, foraged meal both seasonally themed and sourced from our land and local suppliers, against a backdrop of beautiful trees and twinkling lights.
The event is a relaxed mid-summer celebration of fantastic food and drink amongst like minded souls. Sip a welcome drink upon arrival whilst visiting our woodland pigs and relaxing around the fire pit whilst enjoying live acoustic music.
PYO Sunflowers

Make your summer memorable by joining us for our Pick Your Own Sunflowers event, happening from Saturday, August 3rd to August 25th.
This event offers a mix of interactive activities perfect for children and adults alike. Experience the joy of picking sunflowers straight from our fields. But that's not all! We've also set up craft activities for kids to stir their creativity and an exciting nature trail for everyone to explore and connect with nature. Plus, you can unwind with peaceful painting sessions amidst our beautiful surroundings.

Get ready for this year’s Pumpkin Fest at Gullivers! Experience the thrill of picking your own pumpkins right from our fields. But wait, there's even more! We've got craft activities to ignite your children's creativity and an intriguing nature trail that's open for all. Feel the energy of the outdoors and reconnect with nature.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 12th, Sunday 13th, Saturday 19th, and Sunday 20th. Join us between 10am – 3pm for this year's exhilarating Pumpkin Fest. With tractor rides, live music, a maze, pumpkin bowling alley, farm animals, and crafts, it's going to be a blast!

Pancake Day

Hooray, it’s Pancake Day! We’ll be serving pancakes, sweet treats and drinks, from our trusty pancake wagon all day!
Pancake Day at Gullivers offers something for the whole family, including marshmallow toasting and fun competitions. Younger pancake fans can also take part in kids nature craft activities and our Orchard play area (complete with ride-on tractors!).
If you’d like to venture out of the Orchard, you might like to wander through our seasonal Nature Trail. Lasting just 800m through our beautiful surroundings, it’s an ideal distance for little explorers.

Come join Amy from Wild Ginger Floristry for some festive fun while learning how to make your very own traditional door wreath. Get in the festive spirit with friends and family inside the incredible yurt at Gullivers farm shop, while feeling like you are in Father Christmas' workshop.

Calling all young artists! Have you heard about the Creativity Club at Gullivers? Designed for children between 5-9 years old, Creativity Club is a place where young painters can learn about the season’s vibrant colours and textures.

P.Y.O Pumpkins

Pick your own pumpkins at Gullivers! During the week we’re serving up PYO pumpkins, pumpkin carving, hot and cold drinks, cakes and soup.
Then, at the weekends throughout this period, join us for face-painting, tractor rides and creative play in the craft tent.
The Absurd Ladybird - Book Launch

Have you heard? The Absurd Ladybird book launch is coming to Gullivers! Join children’s author Sarah Crisp and friends for story time, crafts, creative dance classes and a brand-new nature trail to explore on Saturday 23 September, from 9-4pm.
The Absurd Ladybird book launch will be a day of two halves. The first is a free event, from 9am until 4pm, with colouring, crafts and play in the Gullivers Orchard. The second part of the day is a ticketed event in the Gullivers Yurt, from 12-4pm. Join author Sarah with the book’s illustrator Lee Dixon and Lizzy from Dorset Creative Dance for a storytime session like no other!
Peaceful Painting

Step out of the mayhem of the summer holidays and seek out a moment of stillness with Peaceful Painting at Gullivers. Book in for a specific time slot or turn up on the day and immerse yourself in nature.
